Personal Mission Statement of Rev. Joel S. Leitch
TO FIND HAPPINESS, FULFILLMENT, AND VALUE IN LIVING I WILL:
  • LEAD a life centered around the biblical principles of human dignity, empowerment, service, and excellence.
  • REMEMBER what's important in life is serving God, serving others, spiritual fulfillment, relationships, happiness, and sense of accomplishment.
  • REVERE and acknowledge admirable characteristics in others, such as being committed to the Lord, compassionate, principle-centered, tolerant, respectful, and dependable, and attempt to implement similar characteristics in my own life.
  • RECOGNIZE my strengths and develop talents as a person who is spiritual, articulate, a leader, hard-working, and a teacher.
  • HUMBLE myself by acknowledging that I can be selfish, prideful, and fearful and by constantly striving to transform my weaknesses into strengths.
  • ENVISION myself becoming a person who:


  1. Is compassionate, ambitious, and self-reliant.
  2. Is dependable, forgiving, and principle-centered.
  3. Is consistently committed and respectful to others.
  4. Is dependable and responsible.
  5. Organizes and uses time efficiently and effectively.
